At SUNROOM, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off & Refund
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
